Hi, I’m Sarah Lima, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician with a passion for restoring balance, relieving pain, and enhancing natural beauty. My journey in the healing arts began in 2007, when I graduated from The School of Medical Massage, Cortiva, and Venus Beauty Academy. Originally from California, I’ve have now adopted the town of Swarthmore, embracing the warmth of Delco’s community.

With a background in teaching at Cortiva School of Muscle Therapy, I specialize in sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, MET, and Ashiatsu. While I’ve worked extensively with athletes, my practice is for everyone. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, experiencing chronic tension, or simply need a moment of deep relaxation—I’m here to help your body heal.

 

In my esthetics practice, I focus on corrective skincare—a results-driven approach to revitalizing your skin, smoothing fine lines, and enhancing your natural glow. Skincare is more than just self-care; it’s a path to confidence and well-being. I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Healing doesn’t stop at the treatment table—it’s a lifestyle. When I’m not working with clients, I’m out in nature, hiking new trails, exploring festivals, and enjoying a great glass of wine. I also love wandering through Swarthmore with my dog, Bogie, soaking in the beauty of my community.
